He is survived by: his wife Maria; his children, Mike (Lorena) and Selma McFadyen (Jim); his great grandchildren, Miles and Marlowe; and his siblings, Margarida Canaveira (Jaime), Agostinho (Lorna) and Antonio Pereira (Rose).
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 26th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Friscolanti Funeral Chapel (43 Barton St E, Hamilton, ON L8L2V7). A prayer will be held on Tuesday, August 26th 2025 at 5:30 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, August 27th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. Luke's Church (200 Mt Albion Rd, Hamilton, ON L8K5S9).
