It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Milka Surla (Hamilton, Ontario), who passed away on November 15, 2025, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. As Milka departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Milka. Though Milka may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ljubisa Surla and Deva Surla; and her brother Rade Surla. She is survived by: her brother Drago Surla (Mika); and her nibling Dusko Surla (family: Dragana Surla, Milan Surla).
