She is survived by: her sons, Joe Martindale (Karen), Bart Martindale (Carmen) and John Martindale (Jodi); her stepchildren, Peter Mittelbach and Rita Veltri (Paul); her grandchildren, Emily, Ryan, Ben, Brady, Connor, Sabrina (Matt), Courtney (Jonathan), Brittney (Glen) and Bridget; her great grandchildren, Rokstyn and Veronika; her siblings, Grietje Hoeflaak, Cor Hoeflaak (Dianne) and Shirley Zandwyk; her sister-in-law Corrie Hoeflaak; and her friend Thelma "Rita" Giglia.
