He was predeceased by: his wife Wilma; his mother Annie; his siblings, Meg (Jim), Mary (John), Caroline (Stewart), Agnes, Joe (Cathy) and James; his siblings' children, Craig and Carol-Anne; and his grandmother Ma Riggens.
He is survived by: his children, Alex (Cathy) and Lisa (Ron); his grandchildren, Maegan and Kyle; his sibling's children, David (Chris), Joe, Michael, Jim, Pauline, Joyce and Sharon; his sisters-in-law, Jean (Bill), Pat (Hughie) and Bett; his uncle Willie; his aunt Ellen; and his cousin Donald (Margaret).
