He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth; and his children, Donald (Valerie), Linda (David), Nicholas Jr (MaryAnne) and David (Kelly). He is also survived by Grandpa will be dearly missed by his 13 grandchildren and 9. 5 great-grandchildren.
