While his presence may be gone, his impact lives on in the kindness shown to others and the joy found in the ordinary moments of life.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Michael Kapshey and Mary Kapshey; his wife JoAnne (Link); his children, Lisa (Joel) and Paul (Sarah); and his siblings, Peter, John, Michael and Mary (Hummel). He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
A funeral service was held on Sunday, May 24th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Turner Family Funeral Home (53 Main St, Dundas, ON L9H2P7). A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, May 26th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. Augustine's Roman Catholic Church (58 Sydenham St, Dundas, ON L9H2T9).
Donations in Nick's memory may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada.
