With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Nick Henry Werstiuk (Hamilton, Ontario), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Nick left this world on December 26, 2025 at the age of 85, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his brothers, Andy and Alec; his parents, William Werstiuk and Jessie Werstiuk; and his grandfather Grumpa.
He is survived by: his wife Judy; his children, Miranda (Colin), Nicholas (Heather), Brittany (Josh), Kendall (Luke) and Connor (Logan); and his grandchildren, Neve (Sasha), Will, Sloane, Wesley, Max, Cole and Rae.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, January 24th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Dodsworth & Brown Funeral Home (90 Garner Rd E, Hamilton, ON L9G3K9).
In lieu of flowers, those wishing to honour Nick's memory are invited to make a donation to Ontario Nature (link above), reflecting his lifelong love of learning and the outdoors.
