He is survived by: his wife Ana; his children, Mary Kurpis (Rudy) and Brian (Jane); his grandchildren, Michael Kurpis, Adrienne Sack (Eric), Johnny and Jillian Segulich; and his great grandchildren, Eleanor and Katie Sack. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
