She was predeceased by: her former husband Wilbert "Wib" Ammerman; her husband Paul Smith; her grandson Scott Hoover; and her son-in-law William "Willie" Hare. She is survived by: her children, Janis Hoover, Nancy Ammerman, Susan Cook (Bob), Jayne Ammerman (Len Kulperger) and Bobby Ammerman (Nancy Prochuk); her grandchildren, Laura Cook, Bruce Cook (Rachael) and Paige O'Keefe; and her caregivers, Terri, Joanne, Deb, Rae and Aurela.
