He is survived by: his spouse Rose Mary (Kemp); his children, Norm Westbury, Janet Westbury, Rebecca Westbury, Don Provan, Sarah Constancia and Brad Dennison; his grandchildren, Taylor, Sydney, Jack Westbury, Samuel Provan, Anthony Constancia and Zachary Constancia; his parent Jack Westbury; his parent-in-law Jack Kemp (late RoseMarie); and his siblings-in-law, Patricia Muise (late Bernie), Helen Crooker, Ron Crooker, Josie Kemp (late Jack), Beatrice Kemp (late Karl Kinanen), Barb Sharpe, John Sharpe, Nancy May, Brian May, Tom Kemp, Teresa Kemp, Mark Kemp and Kay Kemp. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
