He was predeceased by: his wife Norma. He is survived by: his children, Mark (Solene) and Sonia (Waine); his grandchildren, Noah, Naomi, Aria and Ailia; his sisters, Marilyn and Claudia; his sister-in-law Margaret; and his friend Delavene. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Donations can be made in memory of Oliver to the Dr Bob Kemp Hospice.
