She was predeceased by: her husband Evangelos; and her parents, Jim Avramopoulos and Dimitra Avramopoulos. She is survived by: her children, Tina Thomas (Steve), Christine Putt (Fred) and Frank Diolakis (Joan); her grandchildren, Frank (Jessica), Melissa (Aubrey), Stephen, James (Holly), Chelsea and Courtney (Jeremy); and her great grandchildren, Athena, Frankie, Eve, Lyla, Lucas and Rocco.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Markey-Dermody Funeral Home (1774 King St E, Hamilton, ON L8K1V7). A prayer will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 from 6:30 PM to 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Demetrios Greek Orthodox Church (22 Head St, Hamilton, ON L8R1P9). A burial will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at the Woodland Cemetery (700 Spring Gardens Rd, Burlington, ON L7T1J3).
