It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Patricia Ann Young (Hamilton, Ontario), who passed away on January 8, 2026, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernard Baxter and Rosalind Baxter of Nova Scotia. She is survived by: her daughters, Kathryn Young and Karyn Young (William Ashford); her grandson Jake McEneny (Andrea Oriente) of Hamilton, Ontario.; and her siblings, Joan Faulkner of Dartmouth, N. S., Susan Potter (Ross) of Cornwallis, N. S., Kim Marshall (Gordon) of Upper Tantallon, Sharon Rockwood of Dartmouth, N. S., Jamie Baxter (Rick Isnor) of Timberlea, N. S. and Michael Baxter (Gwyn) of Hamilton. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
A celebration of life will be held on Monday, January 19th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Cresmount Funeral Home (322 Fennell Ave E, Hamilton, ON L9A1T2).
As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, Canadian Cancer Society, or a charity of your choice would be appreciated by her family.
