It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia Claire Simmons of Hamilton, Ontario, who passed away on November 9, 2023, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Jay and Clara Jay; and her husband Don Simmons. She is survived by: her sons, Jeff (Donalda) and Mark; her grandsons, Jay (Michelle) and Matt; her great grandchildren, Rhéa, Owen and Lydia; her sister Sylvia; and her sisters-in-law, Muriel and Doreen (John).
