With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Patricia Truthwaite (Hamilton, Ontario), who passed away on June 25, 2018 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her sister-in-law Catherine LePoidevan (Ray); her parents, Helen Parchem and Dick Parchem; and her brothers, Lloyd and Cecil.
She is survived by: her children, Dalton and Christine; her son-in-law Jay; and her grandson Evan.
