He was predeceased by: his parents, Florence and George; his siblings, Donald (Joan), Marion (Ralph Canning), Roland (Thelma), Bernard (Doreen), Rupert, Stella (Ivan Gullens) and Irene Millett (Paul Kenney); Ray Mingo, Hugh Smith, Brian Thom, Cyril Reddy and James Reddy.

He is survived by: his wife Miriam; his children, Rose (Ross Hammill), Barbara (Bill Parchem), Malinda (Chris Marttila), John (Amber Green) and Rob (Charlette); his sister Gladys Mingo; his in-laws, Yolande Lockhart, Mary Rose Smith, Roberta (Arnold Rovers), Judie Reddy, Pat Jessup, Frances (Cameron Chisholm) and Trish Reddy; and his great grandchildren, Richard, Scott, Danielle, Sierra, Daniel, Noah, Liam, Matthew, Tristin, Evan, Brianna, Victoria, Linnea and Elliott. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Pat's memory may be made to St. John the Baptist Church Hamilton, St. Vincent de Paul Society Hamilton, or the Hamilton Food Bank.
