It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patty Ann Smith (Hamilton, Ontario), who passed away on February 1, 2024, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Gordon Smith; and her sister Cindy Smith. She is survived by: her mother Isobel Smith; her sister Susan Walczak; her sibling's children, Kristy Snook (Rob) and Paul Lang (Meaghan); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Brodie, Bowen, Rilley-Isobel, Kennedy and Benjamin; and her aunt Lynda.
