He was predeceased by: his parents, Kevin Murphy and Ellen Murphy; his sister Rosemary (Bill Maddicks); and his brother-in-law Michael White. He is survived by: his significant other Patrick Marissen; his siblings, Geraldine Gardner (Ted), Brenda White, Barbara Renouf (Sean), Patricia Roche (Dave), Christine Symonds (David) and Jim Murphy; and his niece Patty Lepse-Corcoran. He is also survived by numerous other nieces and nephews.
