He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Picone and Elsie Picone; his godparents, John and Alma Picone; and his brother Donald (Catherine).
He is survived by: his siblings, Sharon (Anthony), Mary (Victor), Mark, David (Kim), Theresa and Lisa (Hitoko); and his nieces and nephews, Sarah, Paul, Maria, Pierre, Andrew, Isaac, Heather, Michael, Diane, Robert, Lucas, Megan, Victoria, Augustin, Jean-Baptiste, Eugene and Sixtine. He is also survived by his many grandnieces, grandnephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 12th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Turner Family Funeral Home (53 Main St, Dundas, ON L9H2P7). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, November 13th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Augustine's Church (58 Sydenham St, Dundas, ON L9H2T9).
In lieu of flowers, donations to the St. Ignatius of Loyola Catholic Secondary School Science Department Scholarship Fund, through the Halton Catholic District School Board, would be greatly appreciated, in memory of Paul's long career and his passion for education.
