The memory of Peter Aloysius Barbera (Hamilton, Ontario), who passed away on July 19, 2025 at the age of 82, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. He was predeceased by: his significant other Barbara; his daughter Angela; his parents, Andrea Barbera and Giovanna Barbera; and his brother Joseph.
He is survived by: his sons, Michael (Carm), Mark (Jeff) and Robert (Michelle); his grandchildren, Kelsey (Lucas), Vanessa, Brett, Lidia, Rebecca and Katelyn; his sisters, Anna-Maria Blanche (Paul) and Margaret Barrett (Ted); his sister-in-law Janice; and his friend Peter. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, Peter's family will welcome donations to the Canadian Cancer Society, the Canadian Diabetes Association and the Hamilton Health Sciences Foundation for St. Peter's Hospital.
