He is survived by: his siblings, Joanne (late Peter), Henk, Trudy (Henk), Leen (late Jan), Jan (Liesbeth), Koos, Dien (Marinus) and Lies (Toon). He is also survived by his sisters and brothers-in-law, many nieces and nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews.
