He was predeceased by: his siblings, David and Carole-Jean. He is survived by: his siblings, Glenna, Hank (Sheryl), Jonathan (Larry) and Matthew (Melissa); and his close friend Dave. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.
