He was predeceased by: his siblings, Lena, Ida and Leo. He is survived by: his spouse Carolyn; his children, Paul, Josh, Adam (Jenny), Mark and Melanie; and his grandchildren, Preston Dayler, Alaiya, Isla and Cooper Berti.
Peter was diagnosed with Alzheimer's Disease in 2009 and through this debilitating disease, he always approached each day with a smile.
