Piroska Futacs Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Piroska Futacs (Hamilton, Ontario), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 29, 2025 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Piroska shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Piroska farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Julius; her children, Julius (Linda) and Judy (Paul); and her grandchildren, Amanda (Aaron), Sydney, Kate and John.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 8th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Friscolanti Funeral Chapel (43 Barton St E, Hamilton, ON L8L2V7). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 8th 2025 from 7:30 PM to 8:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, July 9th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Holy Sepulchre Catholic Cemetery (600 Spring Gardens Rd, Burlington, ON L7T1J1).
In lieu of flowers, donations to St. Stephen of Hungary RC Church, or the Alzheimer Society of Canada would be appreciated.
