He is survived by: his children, Trina and Brian; his siblings, Jack Phillips (Heather) and Sandy Addis; his brother-in-law Allan Addis; his nieces, Susan Addis and Sara Holley (Kirk); his great-nephews, Steven Phillips and Kevin Phillips; his nephew Rob Phillips (Natalie); and also Lennox.
