He was predeceased by: his mother Mary. He is survived by: his son Cody; his siblings, Dave (Kim), Jerry, Amanda (Rolando), Eli (Kelly) and Merrily (Tom); and his father Richard Bardy. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews and friends.
