She was predeceased by: her husband Domenico Spadafora; her parents, Giuseppe Fortino and Marianna Fortino; her parents-in-law, Raffaele and Giuseppina Spadafora; her brother Francesco; and her siblings-in-law, Serafina Fortino, Concetta of Hamilton, Ernesto Spadafora of Hamilton, Saveria Spadafora of Hamilton, Gaetano of Hamilton, Luigina Spadafora of Hamilton, Elvira of Hamilton, Ippolito Bozzo of Hamilton, Pasquale of Hamilton, Angela Spadafora of Hamilton and Giovanni Parise of Italy.
She is survived by: her children, Ralph Spadafora, Cathy Walker, Adriana and Clemente Barbieri; her grandchildren, Anthony (Kamila), Olivia, Michael (Tatiana), Nicholas and Lucas; and her siblings-in-law, Eugenio of Hamilton, Ada Spadafora of Hamilton, Maria of Hamilton, Francesco Spadafora of Hamilton, Carmine Spadafora of Hamilton and Anna. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
