He was predeceased by: his siblings, Bonnie and Dennis. He is survived by: his wife Yvonne Blais; his children, Roberta Forshaw and Nicholas Forshaw (Leanne); his grandchildren, Jordan, Cullan, Lillian, Cecilia, Justyn and Jayden; his great grandchild Zevryn; and his sisters, Darlene and Sue. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family members, and countless friends.
A celebration of life was held on Sunday, September 13th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at 1180 Barton St E, Hamilton, ON L8H2V7.
