He is survived by: his brother Russ (Bonnie); his nieces, Heather Smith and Christine Hardy (Matthew); his nephew Micheal Kwiatkowski (Tara); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Hunter, Samantha, Olivia and Angelo.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Emmanuel House Hospice in Hamilton.
