He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara. He is survived by: the mother of his children Patricia Salzer; his children, Chris (Monica) and Nikki (Jason VanderHeide); his grandchildren, Jacob, Benjamin, Milo, Sadie, Joshua and Christian; and his sisters, Mary (late Jim) and Eleanor (late Michael). He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, a donation to The Alzhemiers Society would be appreciated by the family.
