He is survived by: his wife Carole (Holmes); his children, Mark McFadden (late Grace) and Leann Lazarevic (Vojin); his grandchildren, Paige, Claire, Ava McFadden, Myles and Marcus Lazarevic; his brother Jim McFadden (Laura); and his siblings-in-law, Gloria Rendina (late Ralph) and Ken Holmes (Marg). He is also survived by many cousins and 7 nieces and nephews.
