He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Wood (Betty); his sons, David Wood (Tara) of Oakville, Matthew Wood (Hannah) of Waterdown and Anthony Wood of Toronto; his brother Donald Wood; his brother-in-law Jeff Doll; and his grandchildren, Lauchlan, Ridley, Harrison, Logan and Nolan Wood.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that those who wish to express sympathy to consider making a donation to the Canadian Cancer Society.
