Rocco Stampone Obituary

He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicola Stampone and Concetta Gabriel Stampone; his parents-in-law, Angelo and Maria Paolini Rocco; his siblings, Ada Pampuri (Rino), Eugenio Lalla (Elisa) and Antonio Lalla (Rina); and his sibling-in-law Vanda Salciccioli (Fernando).

He is survived by: his wife Emma Stampone; his children, Daiana Mougenot (Sean) and John Stampone; his grandson Hunter Mougenot; his brother Giuseppe Stampone (Elisa); and his sibling-in-law Edio Fernando Paolini. He is also survived by his many friends, family members.

Visitation will be held on Friday, October 30th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:30 PM to 9:00 PM at the Bay Gardens Funeral Home – Hamilton Chapel (947 Rymal Rd E, Hamilton, ON L8W3M2). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, October 31st 2026 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Our Lord Parish (280 Limeridge Rd W, Hamilton, ON L9C2V2). An entombment will be held on Saturday, October 31st 2026 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Tombeau Holy Sepulchre Catholic Cemetery (600 Spring Gardens Rd, Burlington, ON L7T1J1).

Sadly, Alzheimer's disease gradually robbed Rocco of so much of what made him who he was.
