He is survived by: his sons, Sam and Daniel; his father Gordon Dean; his son Gus; his aunts, Peggy (Paul), Sherry and Sandra; his uncle Jimmy; his mother-in-law Marilyn (late Hank); his brothers-in-law, John (Sheila) and Bob (Brenda); his nieces and nephews, Turner (Melissa) and Tyrus (Rachel); his great-nephew Arthur; his cousins, Rod, Byron, Tracey, Kelly, Scott, Sarah, Jesse and Carlie; his wife Kathi; and his friends, Brian Smith, Greg Forster, Simon Frank, Jamie, Jennifer Kleven and Mark Greathead.
