He was predeceased by: his spouse Nerea (Verginella); his parents, Loreto and Emilia (Bergantini); and his siblings, Angelo, Concezio, Filiberto, Remo and Olimpia.
He is survived by: his children, Lorenzo and Julie Cassiani; his children-in-law, Sonja (Chiari) and Chris Watson; his grandchildren, Dylan, Dion and Courtney; and his siblings, Silvestro and Iole. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
