Roeland Peter Hommersen Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Roeland Peter Hommersen (Hamilton, Ontario), who passed away on January 5, 2026 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his child Hamilton; and his parents, Philippus "John" and Paulina "Paula" (Hommersen). He is survived by: his children, Rachel Hommersen and Matthew Hommersen; his grandsons, Mattheus and Oliver; his brothers, Ed (Stephanie), Bob, Rex (Laura) and Mark (Laima); and his friends, Paul, Bruce and Honza. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Pete's memory to The Mission Thrift Store or The Canadian Cancer Society.
