He was predeceased by: his parents, Dario Chiaravalle and Ostilia Chiaravalle; and his parent-in-law Michele Golfi. He is survived by: his wife Antoinette Chiaravalle (Golfi); his children, Adam and Genevieve (Stephen); his grandson Dario; his sibling Carmen Chiaravalle; his mother-in-law Angelina Golfi; and his son-in-law Stephen.

A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Our Lord Parish (280 Limeridge Rd W, Hamilton, ON L9C2V2).

In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory to the Dr. Bob Kemp Hospice would be deeply appreciated by the family.
