He is survived by: his wife Evelyn McKinnon (Spurr); his children, James Arthur McKinnon (Taska), Kelly Ann Millar (Mark), Rhonda Elaine Morrison (Richard) and Stephanie Margaret Campbell (Sean); his grandchildren, Emma, Ryan, Sophie McKinnon, Andrew, Matthew Millar, Eric, Nicholas Morrison and Shane Campbell; his great grandchildren, Emalin, Lainey Morrison and Libby Boutilier; and his siblings, Bill Makinen (Arja) and Ruth White. He is also survived by family members; and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations made to the Cancer Assistance Program would be appreciated by the family.
