She is survived by: her husband Alfredo; her children, Emilia (Vito Galifi), Mary (Don DeMasi), Sylvia Maccarrone and Rob Falcone; her grandchildren, Mary Galifi, Joe Galifi (Kasia), Anthony Galifi (Laura), Frank DeMasi (Stephanie), Dan DeMasi (Frances), Maria Deng (Joey) and Giovanni Maccarrone; her great grandchildren, Stella, Francesca DeMasi, Olivia, Christian DeMasi, Nicholas Galifi, Albert and Victoria Deng; her brothers, Frank Garaffa (Elvira) and Raffaele Garaffa (Carmelina); and her brothers-in-law, Salvatore (late Clara), Fausto Falcone (Carmelina), Ernesto Falcone (Ida) and Ettore Falcone (late Delfina).
In her honour, donations to Idlewyld Manor at 449 Sanitorium Road, Hamilton, would be appreciated as this is where she spent her final days being taken care of.
