She was predeceased by: her sisters, Irene Fabian and Jeannette Mazza (Murray); and her brothers-in-law, William Buchan (Susan) and Doug Buchan (Vicky). She is survived by: her daughters, Helen Benvenga (Martin) and Jennifer Tratch (Allan Baltazar); her grandchildren, Daniel, Olivia, Domenic, Alexandria and Joseph; her siblings, William Soltesz (Shirley) and Ann Michtics (late Paul); her siblings-in-law, Patrick Tratch (Garry), Robert Tratch, Kathleen D'Amico (Robert), Debbie Ryan (Jim) and Russell Buchan; her mother-in-law Norma Buchan (late Gerald Buchan); and her friends, Eileen, Case, Betty, Roger, Monica and Gisele.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 26th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Hamilton - Bay Gardens Funeral Home (947 Rymal Rd E, Hamilton, ON L8W3M2). A funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, January 27th 2026 at 9:00 AM at the Our Lady of the Assumption Parish (63 Highway 20 East, Stoney Creek, ON L8J2W9).
