He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia Davidson (Hutchinson); his parents, Borden Davidson and Phyllis Davidson (Ross); and his brothers, James (Diane) and Richard (late Julie).
He is survived by: his children, Rob (Yvette) and Judy; and his granddaughter Katie. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
