He was predeceased by: his mother Amelia Ransome; his brothers, Elijah Ransome (Sonna) and Aaron Benjamin Ransome; and his niece Lesa. He is survived by: his father Harris Ransome; his children, Shellyann Salmon, Kerry Ransome, Mary Defrietas and Gillian Salazar; his children-in-law, Valantine Alexander, Marlene Durity-Ransome and Wesley Salazar; his grandchildren, Myles, DeAndre, Jalen, DeAnna, Jelissa, Melissa, Kyle, Ciara, Kaylee and Janae; his siblings-in-law, Christine, Rudolph Braxton and SallyAnn Maynard-Ransome; his nieces and nephews, Lima and Lew; and his friends, Camille Iverson, Titus, Ford, Dese and Junior Goddard.
