He is survived by: his children, Wayne (Dawn) and Lana (Jason); his grandchildren, Justin, Rebecca (Yuiry) and Cody; his great grandchildren, Hailey, Emilia and Theodore; and his friend Mike Cunningham. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
