He is survived by: his children, Rebecca, Derrick Thornborrow, Russell Johnston and Sara Posen; his grandchildren, Christopher (Anna), Nicholas (Lindsey), Courtney (Nick) and Hannah; his great grandchildren, Amy and Eric; and his sister Barbara Shaw.
