She was predeceased by: her brothers, Lloyd and Edgar Lindgren; her brother-in-law Wayne Ramsey; her parents, Oscar Lindgren and Elna Lindgren; and her in-laws, Dick and Muriel Grady.

She is survived by: her husband Richard Grady; her children, Christine, Steve Tew, Glen and Sherry Grady; her grandchildren, Paige, Abigale, Jex and Joshua; her siblings, Joan (Dan Rankin) and Jack (Maxine Lindgren); her sisters-in-law, Allaine Lindgren and Kathy (Barry McCrea); and her friend Nancy Shepherd (Pete).

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that donations in Ruth's memory be made to Margaret's Place Hospice.
