Ruth will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around her. Friends and family will honour Ruth by reflecting on shared memories and the positive influence she had in their lives. Though Ruth is no longer present, the bonds she created and the experiences shared will endure. Ruth’s memory will continue to be a source of comfort for all who knew her.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Cassidy and Bertha Cassidy. She is survived by: her son Robert Aaron Green (Rachel Jardine-Green); her grandchildren, Alexa, Austin and Aidan Green; her brother James Cassidy; and her sister-in-law Jo Cassidy.
Viewing was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 4:30 PM at the Dodsworth & Brown Funeral Home (90 Garner Rd E, Ancaster, ON L9G3K9). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 from 4:30 PM to 5:15 PM at the same location. A reception was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 from 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM at the same location.
