He was predeceased by: his parents, Ante Culina and Jaka Culina. He is survived by: his children, Ante (Renata) and Christopher Culina; his grandchildren, Natalia and Adrian; his siblings, Marinko, Ljubica, Zanka, Venka, Zora and Marija; Kata Culina. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and many extended family members and friends.
