With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Sophia Trikas of Hamilton, Ontario, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 2, 2026 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Michael. She is survived by: her children, Dimitri, Thanassi (Kalliope), Vasili (Brenda), Ioanni, Yiayia, Afroditi, Elexa, Anna, Michael, Sophia and Nikki. She is also survived by her nieces, nephews, extended family, and many dear friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, May 8th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Cresmount Funeral Home – Fennell Chapel (322 Fennell Ave E, Hamilton, ON L9A1T2). A funeral service was held on Saturday, May 9th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Panagia Greek Orthodox Church (233 E 15th St, Hamilton, ON L9A4G1). A burial was held on Saturday, May 9th 2026 at the Mount Hamilton Cemetery (260 Rymal Rd E, Hamilton, ON L9B1C2).
