He is survived by: his child Stef; his spouse Berendina "Dien"; his children, Ebelien Wattel (Peter), Gerard (Rose), Nadine VanVeen (Shane), Hettie and Dirk (Kristen); his grandchildren, Aylien (Ben), Erin (Cory), Laurenne, Calvin, Marya (Caleb), Kieran, Lucas, Jordan, Zackary (Lindsey), Jenna-Dien (Sjouke), Griffin (Ember), Titus (Chelsea), Tia (Luke), Johanna, Kaitlyn, Annika and Stephan; his siblings, Aly VanEgmond (Les), Gerard Woudenberg (Diane) and Ebelien Witten (Art); and his siblings-in-law, Klaske, Jackie, George (Dieny) and Harry (Cisca) of Vries. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
