It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Stephanie Pavlich (Hamilton, Ontario), who passed away on October 18, 2025, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. As we bid adieu to Stephanie's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in her wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Stephanie has bequeathed us. For though she may have departed from our sight, her spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her children, Biserka and Robert (Susan); her grandchildren, Alec (Christine), Stephanie (Nick), Ana (Dean) and Maja (Ivan); her great grandchildren, Fran, Marta and Filipa; and her husband Mijo.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 26th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Markey-Dermody Funeral Home (1774 King St E, Hamilton, ON L8K1V7). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 27th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, October 27th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at the Holy Sepulchre Catholic Cemetery (600 Spring Gardens Rd, Burlington, ON L7T1S9).
